β€’ Supporting our ATM customer base via phone, chat, email and SMS β€’ Handling any functional questions regarding the usage of our ATMs and App β€’ Provide basic cryptocurrency education to our customers β€’ Troubleshoot ATMs and report any noticeable customer or equipment trends β€’ Adhering to all performance expectations β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Business fluent in Spanish and English β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent required β€’ Must be willing to work a flexible full time schedule (3:30am CT - 12:00pm CT) β€’ Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM β€’ Competent computer literacy β€’ Troubleshooting experience, Microsoft Office familiarity preferred β€’ Technical Acumen (iOS, Android, etc) β€’ Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains is a bonus. β€’ Experience in a compliance heavy environment is a bonus. β€’ 1-2 years of previous contact center experience is a bonus. β€’ CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.) is a bonus. β€’ Familiarity with cloud-based call center software (Five9, NICE, InContact, Softphone, etc) is a bonus.
