📋 Description
• Collective is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize pipeline management, data analytics and lead enrichment, and revenue operations across sales teams. • This role will partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to help drive our growth forward. • This is the first hire focused solely on this effort and will play a critical role of shaping the roadmap of sales motion moving forward.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ Years of GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations Roles • Salesforce and HVS expertise • Strong understanding of lead enrichment (clay) • Understanding of Calendly + Chili Piper • A proven track record of improving processes across BDR and AE workflows • Strong skills in SQL and data analytics • Customer-facing experience • Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel and other relevant software technologies.
