Description

• The Operations Manager will ensure seamless operation of business functions like HR, Finance, and Marketing. • Process and manage billing, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and collaborate on marketing activations. • Oversee payroll, train employees, and identify process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred. • Proven experience in operations, HR, finance, or marketing roles. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Hands-on experience with Intuit QuickBooks. • Experience with project management software; experience with Monday.com is a strong plus.
