Description

• Collaborate with business partners across functions and sales leaders • Help administer sales compensation in Xactly, validate data and plans, and research exceptions • Provide support to ensure sales commissions and bonuses are calculated accurately • Use advanced Excel skills for monthly validation, analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting • Administer the Xactly Incent & CEA platform, ensuring accurate configuration of commission plans • Resolve commission disputes via Jira Service Support Desk • Understand Collibra’s strategic objectives to design compensation structures • Participate in year-end and mid-year comp plan changes • Cooperate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams • Develop, test, and continuously improve systems to track data

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Xactly Incent experience (Xactly CEA and Connect is a plus) • 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, or a related analyst role • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, etc.) • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other business systems like Tableau and Workday • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
