•7+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations •Able to break down problems of all different types in a structured fashion and identify the key issues to solve •Ability to be “80/20” and understand and analyze key business signals and what they are telling us •Experience building models from scratch (in Excel or other planning applications) •Experience program managing complex cross-functional initiatives, ability to identify dependencies and unblock challenges •The ability to maintain high-performance under tight timelines, and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality •Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to turn analysis into executive insights •Able to effectively manage executive stakeholders
