β’ 7+ years of sales and business development experience β’ Fire/EMS Service involvement and/or extensive industry knowledge required β’ Proven experience communicating a value proposition and go- to market model β’ Direct experience in managing, and holding accountable, a regional/national dealership network β’ Track record of success developing strategic alliances β’ Extensive Fire/EMS industry contact network β’ Proven track record of delivery of revenue generating partnerships β’ Proven track-record meeting and exceeding sales targets β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners β’ Strong work ethic ability to work in a highly transparent, cross-functional, collaborative environment β’ Self-motivated with ability to manage time and competing priorities with minimal supervision β’ Strong analytical and verbal/written communications skills β’ Unquestionable integrity β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint β’ Fire/EMS apparatus specking software knowledge a plus
