• Color Health is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. • Our innovative, guideline-based approach spans cancer screening, risk assessment, prevention, diagnosis, treatment support, and survivorship. • Apply to join Color and do the most meaningful work of your career. • The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our B2B2C digital marketing vertical. • You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our enrollment and engagement campaigns through Braze. • You will deeply understand our user behaviors and ideate and execute on campaigns that help grow our end-to-end communication strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience using Braze. • Proficient in email design and campaign set-up in Braze. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools to measure and optimize performance. • Experience crafting and executing digital and multichannel strategies to drive engagement, including webinars, in-product outreach, text and email. • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective campaign execution and drive tool optimizations. • Experience with user segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing • Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actionable campaigns. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, translating to the ability to write concise and creative copy for a variety of campaigns • A passion for healthcare, technology, and making a positive impact on people's lives is a plus.
