Description

β€’ Colossal Contracting is looking for an Account Manager to support our rapidly growing federal sales division. β€’ Account Managers generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding technical requirements, providing technical information and developing accounts. β€’ Extensive outbound sales calls and high-volume quoting required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to identify new sales opportunities while leveraging deals with existing clients.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of Government Account Management/Inside Sales/Business Development or equivalent experience/education. β€’ Demonstrated experience meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, technical understanding and proficiency, building relationships, people skills, customer focus and motivation for sales. β€’ Experience with a CRM system- preferably Salesforce.

Benefits

β€’ Target base salary range between $100-150k with flexibility upwards for highly qualified candidates and potential draws. β€’ Standard Commission Plan starts at 10% of Gross Profit with a 20% accelerator. β€’ High performers can see plans exceeding 30%. β€’ Annual On-Target-Earnings exceed $300k on standard commission plan. β€’ Possible Signing Bonus. β€’ Unlimited Paid Time Off. β€’ 100% employer paid health insurance for employees, 25% paid for dependents. β€’ 401k
