🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, or similar roles, preferably within the e-commerce sector • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
