🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • Must be admitted to practice law in a US state or have the ability to obtain admission • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a commercial counsel or in a similar legal role, preferably within the technology or healthcare industry • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial transactions • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
