📋 Description
• Provide sound legal advice and legal support to US and global teams • Negotiate and draft a variety of legal contracts and documents (including but not limited to, SaaS, licensing (EULA), technology, vendor, and partner agreements) • Support privacy and compliance policies and program • Shape and maintain compliance with corporate/global business needs • Partner with internal teams to provide input on projects, processes, business development activities and strategies • Assist and manage, as needed, litigation proceedings in the Americas • Support other legal areas such as IP, employment and benefits, disputes and corporate governance
