📋 Description
• The Sr. Product Designer role is a key role within our growing Innovation & New Products group • Lead the research and design of an exciting, lovable new experience for Compassion’s live events • Help the team bring it to market through agile and iterative methods • Drive the thinking behind the research and design strategy and executing on the details to deliver a best-in-class experience • Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and partner teams to transform visionary ideas into a delightful live event experience
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years Relevant experience working in this or a related field • Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Proven experience design and shipping consumer tech products • Strong passion for working backwards from the customer to create lovable products • Experience in inventing, designing, and launching consumer tech products at large scale (millions of users) • Experience partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams • Experience designing global products
