Description

• Supporting new and existing ISP/MSP business customers • Mentoring and training other NOC Engineers • Managing business data circuits, SDWAN Networks, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, and Firewalls • Designing and delivering various custom-managed services • Developing best practices and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent • 5-7 years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment • Cisco CCNA and CCNP certification • Command line experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper • Versa SDWAN/Firewall configuration experience • Understanding and experience with BGP, OSPF, and VRRP • Experience with basic routers/firewalls and NAT (Network Address Translation) • Experience with COS/QOS • Experience with designing networks • SOC2 knowledge and understanding • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and analytical skills to understand and resolve customer issues effectively.
