Description

• The Partnerships team is an integral part of the revenue function at Bench. • We accelerate business growth by discovering new go-to-market channels and introducing innovative product offerings to Bench’s small business customers through strategic partnerships. • The role is responsible for managing and refining operational processes that support Bench’s partner relationships. • Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in partner billing, revenue share tracking, and partner payouts. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and take ownership of process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in partnerships or sales operations, with a strong understanding of channel or affiliate programs. • Commercial acumen and analytical skills to review and optimize partner processes. • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Detail-oriented approach with a passion for creating structured, repeatable processes. • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM. • Strong understanding of financial concepts and reporting metrics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with partners and internal teams. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Self-starter with a drive to take initiative and deliver results.
