📋 Description

• We’re building the demand generation firm we always wanted to work with when we were in house. • Traditional agencies are too slow, too siloed, and too disconnected from revenue. • They're caught in outdated models—prioritizing billable hours over results, creative over conversion, and activity over impact. • We’re taking a radically different approach—blending deep marketing expertise with technical execution to build scalable, automated, and high-performing GTM systems. • We're looking for a Go-To-Marketing Strategy Lead who can architect and drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies for high-growth B2B companies. • This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating market insights into actionable GTM playbooks. • You'll work closely with clients to define their positioning, identify target segments, and develop scalable revenue strategies that align marketing, sales, and product efforts. • Design & Execute comprehensive GTM strategies, from market analysis to implementation roadmaps • Develop & Refine ICP definitions, buyer personas, and customer journey maps • Create & Optimize positioning frameworks and value propositions that resonate with target audiences • Build Revenue Models that align marketing activities with pipeline and revenue targets • Lead Strategic Planning sessions with clients to establish goals, KPIs, and success metrics • Partner with pod teammates to translate strategy into tactical execution plans

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in B2B marketing strategy, preferably in SaaS or technology • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue operations • Experience developing and implementing GTM strategies for high-growth companies • Proven ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear strategic recommendations • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication • Data-driven approach to strategy development and measurement • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in undefined situations
