📋 Description

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for Motive’s Integrated Operations Platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets. • Drive new product launches and feature releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout. • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with key audiences, and differentiate Motive’s AI platform capabilities in a competitive landscape. • Leverage data and customer insights to refine messaging, pricing, and product strategy. • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to enable the sales team to effectively position and sell Motive’s Integrated Platform and AI technology. • Develop materials to effectively sell to the CTO/CISO persona and messaging for the more technical aspects of the Motive Platform such as cross product tooling, architecture, security posture, enterprise readiness, etc. • Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. • Build a deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and buyer personas. • Identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion. • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development aligns with market needs. • Work closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback and market insights. • Collaborate with channel and partnership teams to develop co-marketing initiatives that expand Motive’s reach in the equipment monitoring space.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing or B2B marketing. • Experience of marketing to CTO/CISO persona is strongly preferred. • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits. • Proven track record in driving GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement for enterprise or mid-market products. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective. • Agile and able to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics and organizational priorities.
