📋 Description

• This role reports directly to the CompQsoft Chief Growth Officer. • As a member of the BD/Growth Team, this role will solve complex problems by designing or modifying management and technology architectures to meet customer needs/requirements. • The Senior Solutions Architect responsibilities include analyzing business needs, identifying technical and management solutions, and designing a comprehensive plan for implementation. • The role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as developers, program managers, and partners, to ensure effective implementation of the solution, to achieve a winning position on bid opportunities. • Provide input into CompQsoft's business and strategic plans to account for sustained growth three (3) to five (5) years out. • Advise on investments, such as emerging technologies, corporate and personnel required certifications to remain competitive. • Identify partners/teammates to support current and future bids.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience supporting DoD, Federal Civilian or the Intelligence community • Extensive proposal experience leading or supporting technical solution development • Experience developing solutions that exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, in one or more of the following: • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, and/or Big Data/Data Analytics. • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI technologies. • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Experience in big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Elasticsearch. • Advanced understanding of data analytics, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and predictive modeling techniques. • Advanced problem-solving skills; Demonstrated expertise providing innovative solutions • Proficiency with solutioning tools and techniques such as DODAF and DESMF. • Superior leadership and collaboration skills. • Team building and negotiating skills. • Excellent Writing and Verbal Communications Skills • Proficiency in MS office; Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio.
