📋 Description
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions aligned with business requirements • Lead end-to-end solution architecture, including system design, integrations, customizations, and security considerations • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical specifications and architecture roadmaps • Drive the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents to enhance business processes • Architect integrations with external systems using Azure services such as Logic Apps, API Management, and Functions • Guide development teams in best practices for extending and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM/CE using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server • Oversee system configurations, data migration strategies, and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth project implementation • Provide technical leadership in CRM upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization • Conduct technical workshops, create solution documentation, and mentor teams on D365 CRM/CE and Power Platform capabilities • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards while implementing solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions • Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions • Strong proficiency in Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents • Experience in developing and integrating solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure services • Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management • Strong understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and integration frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical discussions • Microsoft Certifications such as MB-600 (Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect), MB-210 (Sales), MB-230 (Customer Service), or AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) • Experience in Omnichannel solutions, chatbot integration (PVA), and AI-driven automation • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Knowledge of modern UI frameworks like ReactJS and responsive web design principles
