This role is central to showcasing the value of our products and services through engaging and effective product demonstrations, and acting as a bridge between prospective clients, sales, and internal technical teams. As the Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will use your industry expertise and technical skills to shape product narratives, convert client requirements into actionable solutions, and enhance our sales efforts. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Analytics teams to create tailored content and assist in product and sales training.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record of at least 5 - 8 years in the health benefits analytic field, with demonstrated success in client-facing roles. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including expertise in areas such as health benefits, data analytics, population health management, and healthcare cost containment strategies. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. β€’ Experience in working with sales teams to develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and sales narratives that resonate with diverse client verticals. β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Analytics teams to drive client success. Experience mentoring and training sales and technical teams. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. β€’ Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. β€’ Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation and training guides for both internal teams and clients. β€’ Experience with analytic software, BI tools, or SaaS platforms β€’ Prior experience in conference presentation and content development
