📋 Description

• Utilize your technical expertise to support large Mid Market and Strategic Accounts as an overlay to the sales and sales engineering teams. • Support Conterra’s Strategic Account Executives in collaboration with the local Sales Engineer and Sales leadership to support existing accounts and land new strategic opportunities. • Evangelize Conterra’s managed service portfolio of products and represent the company as the technical subject matter expert positioned to design complex solutions and ensure they are implemented with accuracy and efficiency by downstream teams. • Drive Enterprise revenue targets by providing expertise, solution selling and executing the technical win. • Strategic Account engagement working with account teams to build out market plans to achieve revenue and retention objectives. • Participate in meetings with customers, prospects as an overlay and technical advisor alongside the Account Executive and Sales Engineer. • Collaborate on solution development and proposal presentation. • Work with local market SE on solution development, network design and documentation (diagram/solution explanation) or guides the local market SE in creation. • Assists AEs and SEs on the quotes in CRM. • Establish best practices for SEs. Processes, Technical documentation, Scope/, Rev Ops, Network Diagrams. • Collaborate with the product development team acting as a technical advisor and assisting with white papers, product launch kits and training of new products for sales and sales engineering. • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales engineers and collaborate on sales enablement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Sales or Sales Engineering experience. • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. • Must have deep understanding of business strategy development and financial business plan models. • Ability to present and sell to C-Level and Technical Clientele. • Expert level business acumen, presentation skills and technical knowledge. • Passionate about technology and have a unique ability to deliver technical content to a wide range of audiences. • A positive and proactive attitude with a deep desire to win. • A President's Club/Winner's Circle/Achiever's Club/Platinum Club winner!
