📋 Description

• Seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Cloud Solution Architect/Customer Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies. • Primary technical contact for customers, advising on implementing solutions and ensuring optimal use of Microsoft platforms. • Provide expert digital transformation consulting and advisory guidance on technologies such as Data & AI, Azure, Windows Server, Modern Work/ M365, BizApps (D365), Security. • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions. • Assist in deploying and configuring Microsoft solutions to meet business requirements. • Educate clients about Microsoft technologies and best practices. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a Microsoft environment • In-depth knowledge of a Microsoft solutions or product area such as Data & AI, Azure, Windows Server, Modern Work/ M365, BizApps (D365), Security • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified) are a plus
