• Experience the power of a game-changing career • Seeking a Bi-lingual English and Dutch speaking individual to join our remote team as a Customer Support Advisor • Perfect for a people’s person ready to be a brand ambassador for a leading international clothing retailer • Need to be empathetic and patient with a friendly and bubbly personality without compromising on professionalism • Respond to customers via emails and Social Media Platforms including Facebook, X and Instagram • Maximize opportunities to showcase brand's products • Respond to general customer queries i.e. missing orders, payment issues, product availability, or recommendations • Deal with order queries including cancellations, returns, modifying orders • Ensure a professional call manner and remain knowledgeable on products/services on offer • Maintain and proactively improve sales skills, product knowledge and competitor knowledge • Develop relationships with customers and encourage referrals • Provide the best possible customer experience at all times

Requirements

• Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch and English (oral and written) • Are flexible to work on an 8-hour rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday between 8am and 12 midnight • Have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private/ distraction free location to work from • Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience • Are proficient computer literacy and ability to navigate social media platforms • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Have a spotless record, free from any credit, criminal or disciplinary issues • It will be a plus if you have experience community managing and engaging on social media
