• Deliver the latest technology infrastructure, transformative software solutions and industry-leading global security for staff and clients • Work with the best in the world to design, implement and strategize IT, security, application development, innovation, and solutions • Part of the technology team that is core to the vision of develop, build and run the future of CX • The Solution Architect position is a pre-sales role that solutions the professional services work required to create contact center automation solutions for clients • Act as a consultant who performs in-depth discovery/due diligence sessions to uncover end-user needs, automation opportunities, business case creation/justification, proposals, and content creation for contracts.

Requirements

• Determine most appropriate solution in collaboration with Sales Rep and Sales Engineer • Work with the PS leaders and PS team to ensure the creation of a solution • Develop the solution approach along with the related estimated timeline, ROI models and presentation materials • Resolve issues affecting the solution, timeline, and resources • Participate in discussions with Sales and Finance to evaluate pricing strategies and determine the ideal approach and approvals • Understand and escalate potential risk for all solution components and collaborate with the Solutions Director to identify potential risk abatement alternatives • Contribute to content for creating the scope of work document • Facilitate meetings to review pricing, staffing, timelines, contracts, and other presentation materials requiring agreement • Attend site visits in multiple locations with Sales Rep and other important members • Perform research on customers/potential customers and vertical/industry to provide subject matter expert knowledge and identify opportunities to differentiate the Concentrix solution • Assist Sales Rep in gathering the appropriate resources to follow Concentrix protections: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Deal Review, Legal, Security Risk/Controls • Improve opportunity management process to enhance team's ability to become more efficient and deliver messaging.
