Description

• Responsible for ensuring customers successfully renew support and services on time • Manage the renewals process for direct customers and partners • Generate renewals ahead of contract expiration and work directly with customers and partners to execute agreements • Track and report forecast for all renewal opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a customer facing role • Experience negotiating and working with sales orders and agreements • Must be highly organized, detailed, and efficient • Experience developing and implementing business process changes • Experience using Excel and Salesforce • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Outgoing and collaborative personality that can inspire and lead change
