Requirements

β€’ 4-5 years technical support experience in a SaaS related business β€’ Open to working the East Coast shift [7am - 4pm] β€’ Experience working in IAM, IT, Security space β€’ Ability to understand some programming languages [e.g. Java, Python, or C#] and experience using a Terraform provider
