📋 Description
• Overseeing and managing project execution from conception to completion. • Coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. • Managing risks, resources, and compliance. • Leading project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Supervising daily construction operations. • Implementing project control measures and monitoring progress. • Enforcing quality control processes and conducting inspections. • Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. • Preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations. • Experience in solar construction is advantageous. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Must be a critical thinker. • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
