• Enjoy helping others solve thorny technical challenges. • Are deeply curious and eagerly seek to understand what is going on ‘under the hood.’ • Have strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture. • Have experience working highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure • Be able to read and write small bits of code in multiple languages. • Contribute to defining Conduit’s product strategy and roadmap with the rest of the team.
