Our pipeline is our lifeline. You’re the first line of communication with potential prospects and will be Conga’s biggest advocate.
• Proven track record. You have a minimum of one year demonstrated success in a customer facing role e.g. customer service, helpdesk, client relations, account manager. • Language skills: native/C2 level German and English are essential for this role. • Motivated with sales instinct. You’ll drive market share by qualifying inbound leads, from our website and Marketing team, to build pipeline for our Sales Executives in the DACH region. • Hunter mentality: You'll have the opportunity to unleash your inner hunter and drive our growth through relentless pursuit of new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your tenacity to identify and connect with potential clients. • Strong communication and great listening skills. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with your attentive listening abilities, enable you to connect with prospects, understand their needs and challenges, and guide them to the next step in the sales process. • Strong attention to detail & time management. You have strong organizational and follow-up skills on all key accounts and prospects. You will have a lot of autonomy as a BDR; you get out what you put in! • Resourceful & Collaborative.
