• The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and coordinate the tactical and strategic direction of sales development representatives engaged in promoting Conga solutions. • You will work with other sales leaders and marketing to define & build client-tailored messaging. • Our pipeline is our lifeline! You will have the freedom to be innovative in how the team sell and scale the sales development function for our Sales team. • Manage a team of BDRs and SDRs selling Conga solutions. • Achieve pipeline creation at or above stated quota and goals. • Adhere to Conga best practices and methodologies. • Upgrade current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. • Monitor, support and coach BDRs and SDRs with cold calling, prospecting, follow-up calls and booking meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software sales; prior experience cold calling and creating pipeline for a SaaS software team. • 2+ years of experience managing, coaching and mentoring lead gen teams. • You are a master in Sales Management, aggressive cold/warm calling, and prospecting. • Management of pipelines, territories, forecasting and processes. • Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You not only participate in collaborative discussions but also take the initiative to start them regularly. Your communication is clear and concise, both in speaking and writing. You possess excellent presentation and listening skills, and you can effectively engage with senior management and C-level executives. • Adaptable.
