You’ll collaborate closely with Conga Core Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customers. • Key responsibilities include developing a robust territory strategy, prospecting with multiple resources, and aligning with RevOps, BusApps, IT, Legal, Sales, and Operations executives. • If you’re ready to elevate your sales career and navigate complex cycles with multiple stakeholders, look no further. • Conga Senior Services Sales Managers are responsible for positioning successful project implementation strategies to new and existing customers. • Using your technical skills, best practices and sales knowledge is crucial to keeping our business strong!
• Proven track record: You have 3 to 5 years of experience either selling consulting services, or working in a professional services leadership capacity, for example: Solution Architect, Engagement Management, Senior Consultant or Business Analyst. • Customer Interface: You will serve as the main contact between customers and Conga Professional Services, maintaining relationships with C-level executives. You understand business pain points and provide strategic solutions using Conga products, acting as a trusted advisor. • Insight: You have the ability to analyze customer goals and challenges and to synthesize those into cloud-based software solutions. • Deal Management: You independently manage complex deals from opportunity to closure, collaborating with sales and partners to qualify opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to unleash your inner hunter and drive our growth through relentless pursuit of new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your strategic mindset and tenacity to identify, pursue, and close deals with potential clients. • Embrace complexity: Work is non-routine and very complex, requiring independent judgment and advanced sales skills. You will develop and manage the sales strategy to drive new services bookings and revenue for a given region, territory, or set of accounts. • Agility: You possess the capability to think conceptually on-the-fly. • Communication: You have the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to a non-technical audience. You also have superb listening skills, and you understand objections and overcome them by turning sceptics into enthusiastic new customers and brand ambassadors. • Collaboration: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Subscription Sales, Professional Services and Partners to identify prospective customers and qualify opportunities.
