(Connected Cannabis Co.) is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento and operating in California, Arizona, and Florida. • With over 11 years experience, Connected specializes in breeding, growing, manufacturing, and distributing top-shelf cannabis through its state-of-the-art facilities and proprietary genetics. • About the Job • We are looking for a Demand Planning Analyst with data-backed skill sets, manufacturing/supply chain/CPG experience, to participate and drive in the demand planning process. • The demand planning function is an excellent way to broaden your experience while leveraging knowledge on large data sets to compute demand and supply plans to meet customer demand and maintain inventory targets. • You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable in working with technical and business teams alike. • In this role, you’ll manage demand and supply forecasting and analytics for our three states (California, Arizona, Florida), and compile thorough weekly and monthly plans. • If you’re data-driven and love making insights actionable, this is the opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business or a related quantitative field required OR equivalent experience. • Experience in manufacturing or CPG is highly preferred. • Cannabis experience a plus • Excellent computer and mathematics skills, as well as data analysis; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required and strong experience working with large-scale datasets and multiple tasks or projects simultaneously • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills. • Experienced relationship with internal team and external partners. • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. • Comfortable learning new technologies. • Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to recommend to management well thought out recommendations. • Excellent attention to detail, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently with little supervision and remain calm under pressure • Strongly committed to providing high quality products to clients including the packing and presentation of the products. • Safety and compliance focused. • High school degree or equivalent required. • Must be 21+ years of age.
