β€’ Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST) β€’ Customer Service: Provide superior customer service by email, phone, social media, and live chat β€’ Respond to emails via canned responses and by creating responses using ChatGPT. β€’ Order Management: Log and obtain delivery tracking for supplier orders β€’ Book couriers for order collections β€’ Enter/process new orders β€’ Follow orders to completion to meet estimated dispatch times β€’ Check supplier invoices for backorders β€’ Manage order delays and backorders by corresponding with suppliers and customers β€’ Process credits for customer returns and uncollected orders β€’ Process refunds as authorised by management β€’ Manage stock returns and damaged products. β€’ Administration: Data entry β€’ Assist with scheduling/posting social media content β€’ Assist with bookkeeping β€’ Run reports.

Requirements

β€’ At least 3-5 years of experience with strong admin background β€’ Proficient in handling customers’ queries via email, chat, and phone β€’ Social media platforms to manage: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok - Linked to Google Ads and Analytics β€’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written β€’ Intermediate Knowledge in Excel, Google apps and other MS Office β€’ Knowledgeable in Inventory management systems
