β’ At least 3-5 years of experience with strong admin background β’ Proficient in handling customersβ queries via email, chat, and phone β’ Social media platforms to manage: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok - Linked to Google Ads and Analytics β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written β’ Intermediate Knowledge in Excel, Google apps and other MS Office β’ Knowledgeable in Inventory management systems
β’ Home-based (One-week of Office-based training.
