📋 Description

• Salary: P70,000 - 90,000 (Monthly Gross Package) • Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Alaska Standard Time • What are we looking for? • What will you do? • Client Support: • Provide excellent client service by assisting with inquiries, gathering necessary documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. • Legal Research: • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy. • Documentation: • Prepare and maintain legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and financial disclosure statements. • Court Filings: • Manage court filings, including e-filings, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements. • Case Management: • Assist in managing and organizing case files, schedules, and deadlines. • Communication: • Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary. • Trial Preparation: • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness interviews, and trial logistics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program • 3+ proven experience as a Family Law paralegal. • Strong knowledge of family law procedures, legal terminology, and document preparation. • Proficient in using ADOBE applications. • Proficieny in Legal Software – WestLaw and Clio
