β’ Schedule: Monday β Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT) β’ Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and sales team. β’ Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our customers and Tier 1 (Enterprise) sales team. β’ Manage sales calls, provide product support including recommendations, orders status updates and manage order deliverables. β’ Renewal Management: Oversee and execute indirect CSP renewals, ensuring timely and accurate licensing for Microsoft products and services. β’ Upselling and Cross-Selling licences. β’ Work with sales/technology SMEβs to facilitate ongoing run-rate transactions. β’ Maintain product knowledge across key vendors and participate in ongoing training, primarily Microsoft and our other software vendors. β’ Assist and deal with Enterprise clients transactional queries around Licensing. β’ Client Support: Act as a point of contact for existing business clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to renewals and licensing. β’ Generate quotes. β’ Maintain relationships with software vendors and Distributors. β’ Build and maintain relationships with internal sales teams and key contacts within the BA client base. β’ Manage margin with Existing Business. β’ Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models, including indirect CSP programs, is highly desirable, not mandatory.
β’ Experience working within a Managed Service Provider, telco or carrier service provider Excel Skills, Supervisory experience β’ Have a keen interest in technology and can conceptualise consumption models. β’ You can multi-task and work under pressure β’ High attention to detail and commercial acumen β’ Aptitude for sales, you are engaging, work part of a team and autonomously. β’ Previous inside sales experience in an IT distributor or MSP with indirect licencing support experience between MSP and a vendor β’ Nice to Have: β’ 1-2 years previous experience in quoting and or customer experience in technology or related industry. β’ Experience with handling Commercial Contracts and Sales Support.
