📋 Description
• The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and integrated technology solutions that align with the business goals of ConnectWise. • This role will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the architectural landscape, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure effective use of enterprise systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Boomi, and related solutions. • The Solution Architect will play a critical role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions that support seamless end-to-end processes across all systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a SaaS environment, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Boomi and similar enterprise platforms • Strong understanding of system integrations, middleware platforms, and data flow across enterprise applications • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, end-to-end solutions that address business needs and align with architectural best practices • Familiarity with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, SuiteBilling, Zone Billing, etc) and ERP systems like NetSuite • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver innovative solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for solution development and delivery • Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices in an enterprise SaaS environment
