• Created and lead credit union’s digital banking strategy, roadmap, and initiatives • Strategic thinker with proven success in enhancing digital member experiences and driving innovation • Shape the future of the largest branch and make a significant impact on members’ financial journeys

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, digital communications is Required • 8+ years of experience in consumer-facing technology, with prior experience in development / delivery of online, mobile or consumer facing technologies is Required • 5+ years of people leader experience is Required • Experience in at least one of the following industries: financial services, retail banking, wealth management, online retail, or payments is Required • Proficient experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DreamWeaver, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, .net, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office is Required
