Requirements

• You have 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role guiding software engineering teams to success. • You bring a well-rounded technical skill set, with experience in technologies such as React, JavaScript, Java, Python, AWS, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and MySQL. • You are passionate about delivering high-quality software, have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and are committed to agile practices. • You have a strong track record of driving execution and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical contribution. • You have a passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams and are excited to contribute to a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
