• Support consulting teams and the Digital & Innovation Practice. • Capture market opportunities and develop solution-based strategy. • Drive adoption of digital consultative selling within sales teams. • Educate regional consulting teams about dss+ digital portfolio. • Interface with customer’s senior technical and business leadership. • Conduct industry research to establish dss+ digital unique value proposition.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital transformation and safety/EHS topics. • Significant experience driving digital transformation for global organizations in a B2B environment. • Deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends. • Proven track record in consultative selling and strong customer focus. • Strong knowledge of operational risk management and/or EHS. • Change management experience. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
