β’ 10+ years of demand generation experience including ownership of pipeline in a B2B technology organization, with 5+ years in a leadership role. β’ Demand Generation Expertise: A deep understanding of the multifaceted buyer's journey in B2B sales and ability to craft tailored marketing programs β’ Relationship Builder: Proven experience working closely with sales teams to align strategies, build trust, achieve shared goals, and drive mutual accountability. β’ Team Leadership & Influence: Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. β’ Innovative Strategist: Strategic thinker with a consistent focus on innovation and continuous improvement to achieve long-term success. β’ Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM and various marketing platforms (including Salesforce, Marketo, intent data platforms) and an expert understanding of enterprise lead management and marketing attribution. β’ Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
