📋 Description

• Develop and maintain integration best practices, standards, and frameworks to support seamless deployments. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on integration strategies and roadmap enhancements. • Develop and maintain a network of 3rd partners and/or independent contractors that can provide expertise and augment internal services teams during integration engagements. • Lead the services team in implementing APIs, connectors, and ETL solutions to integrate the company's software with third-party systems. • Provide technical guidance to ensure integrations are robust, secure, and scalable. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues during the implementation process. • Train and mentor the services team to build expertise in deploying APIs, connectors, and other integration tools. • Create detailed documentation, playbooks, and training materials to standardize integration practices. • Work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and tailor solutions to their environments. • Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority integration challenges, ensuring timely resolution. • Partner with product and sales teams to represent customer integration requirements. • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure post-implementation support and continued satisfaction. • Monitor integration performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on emerging technologies, integration tools, and trends to enhance the company’s capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related; advanced degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in integration management, technical consulting, or similar roles within the SaaS industry. • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.), ETL processes, and integration platforms. • Experience integrating SaaS solutions with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other enterprise software. • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
