β€’ As a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease, Convera is seeking a Senior Account Representative to support the LACA (Latin America and the Caribbean) region. β€’ The Key Account Manager role, based remotely in the Miami area, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent long-term relationships with high-value Financial Institution customers to optimize and grow the potential of each relationship, while offering superior customer experience through expertise and advise in cross-border international payments. β€’ The Key Account Manager will have a growing portfolio of Financial Institutions customers in LACA (Latin America and the Caribbean).

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese (oral and written), as all internal communication is in English and external communication is in Spanish and Portuguese. β€’ Minimum 10 years of experience of managing portfolios of high-value Financial Institutions clients β€’ Experience in selling financial services to Financial Institutions customers β€’ Detailed knowledge of the financial services and/or payment industry β€’ Detailed understanding of bulk payment processing, the international payment landscape, accounting systems, and platform integration is essential β€’ Strong project management experience to lead upselling opportunities while working closely with internal teams (i.e., including bid, customer assurance, pre-sales, and customer care) to ensure seamless service delivery
