β’ As a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease, Convera is seeking a Senior Account Representative to support the LACA (Latin America and the Caribbean) region. β’ The Key Account Manager role, based remotely in the Miami area, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent long-term relationships with high-value Financial Institution customers to optimize and grow the potential of each relationship, while offering superior customer experience through expertise and advise in cross-border international payments. β’ The Key Account Manager will have a growing portfolio of Financial Institutions customers in LACA (Latin America and the Caribbean).
β’ Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese (oral and written), as all internal communication is in English and external communication is in Spanish and Portuguese. β’ Minimum 10 years of experience of managing portfolios of high-value Financial Institutions clients β’ Experience in selling financial services to Financial Institutions customers β’ Detailed knowledge of the financial services and/or payment industry β’ Detailed understanding of bulk payment processing, the international payment landscape, accounting systems, and platform integration is essential β’ Strong project management experience to lead upselling opportunities while working closely with internal teams (i.e., including bid, customer assurance, pre-sales, and customer care) to ensure seamless service delivery
