β’ Convera is looking for an experienced, collaborative Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our Segment Curriculum Team in Sales Growth & Enablement. β’ The primary purpose of this team is to set up our Sales teams to sell and win with the Convera value proposition. We equip sellers with the knowledge, content, processes and tools to optimize their effectiveness and maximize performance. β’ Alongside the broader team, you will be responsible for launching a best-in-class onboarding program via Highspot to decrease ramp time for new starters in your segment. β’ You will also identify gaps and reinforce knowledge via continuous (on-demand and just-in-time) learning programs that will accelerate revenue performance and growth. β’ You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, revenue operations, and various subject matter experts to curate and deliver high-impact, scalable content for each training program. β’ This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team that will drive innovation and deliver exceptional outcomes to improve sales effectiveness and product expertise.
β’ 6-8 years of experience in Sales Enablement within a B2B sales environment. Ideally experienced within the payments industry. β’ Experience in designing and delivering onboarding and everboarding programs end-to-end, including content curation. β’ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams β a great teammate and able to work in a dynamic global environment. β’ Familiarity with Sales Enablement tools including HighSpot LMS (or similar), Gong and others to optimize results. β’ Experience managing multiple training delivery modalities (e.g., live sessions, virtual classrooms, self-paced e-learning). β’ Highly organized with strong project management skills and experience delivering large-scale programs. β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. β’ Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
