Description

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and execution of the SAP IBP system. • Responsible for defining business requirements, configuring, testing the SAP IBP system based on the requirements, training IBP users, and supporting the system post go live. • Act as the subject matter expert on SAP IBP and provide implementation and on-going support. • Use acquired skills and experience related to business and IT management, to provide support to end users, and facilitate the monitoring and execution of testing requirements within the selected software solution. • Create testing requirements and monitor the timely execution and successful completion of tests. • Assist with the creation of procedures for applications functionality. • May be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies, standards and methodologies. • May be responsible for training users to effectively use the business system. • Assist in defining project scope and objectives. • Active member on business system implementation project team, supporting successful project metrics, and operation of information systems and required equipment. • Manage liaison between information systems and other functions in the company. • Act to ensure integrity of corporate data, proprietary information and related intellectual property through information security and access management. • Participate in continuous improvement or re-engineering efforts. Support and help to implement new ideas. • Lead implementation of SAP IBP projects, including data integration, configuration, and user testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. • Five (5) to Eight (8) years related experience. • Business system project implementation, or upgrade experience preferred. • Experience with manufacturing companies preferred. • Keep abreast of technological developments and applications as they pertain to company goals and strategy. • Perform tasks utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Perform tasks requiring a proven track record with end users. • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
