• Providing for loved ones, planning rewarding retirements, saving enough for whatever lies ahead. • This role reports to the Agile Product Manager for the Workforce Benefits Division and will play an integral role in translating the division’s strategy to action. • Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify opportunities for growth, scale, improvement and optimization. • Advocate for business needs and develop deep knowledge of why technology and process decisions are made, communicating closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that solutions meet their needs. • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss challenges, and promote collaboration between teams. • Develop and implement testing plans to understand and evaluate new processes and tools. • Monitor and measure the success of initiatives and adjust as needed. • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and reporting on status. • Develop and maintain documentation, like process maps and testing plans as needed. • Participate in planning and work with Architects to understand enabler related work.

Requirements

• Group benefits experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, or in operational roles in a group benefits context. • Strong desire to participate in building Agile Product Management within a start-up, growth business within a large organization. • Demonstrated ability to support third-party implementations and testing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with project management and implementation of digital solutions. • Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and process mapping.
