• Contribute to the growth and success of Copeland in the southeast region • Strengthen relationships with authorized wholesaler network and contractors • Drive adoption of Copeland products and provide world-class customer service • Gather information and conduct competitive benchmarking • Lead training sessions for wholesalers and contractors • Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Background in technical sales within Refrigeration and Air Conditioning • Prior experience as a technician in the Refrigeration industry is highly preferred • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) • In-depth technical understanding of Copeland and competitor products • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like Salesforce • Strong decision-making, organizational, and time-management abilities • Ability to handle stressful situations
