Description

• The Director, HR Operations will lead an organization that provides superior HR services to all global employees. • This spans the entire employee lifecycle, including designing/improving processes and executing operating procedures. • The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on work.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, IT or related field and 5 years of HR experience. • Proven experience to lead cross-functional teams to achieve results. • In depth knowledge of Workday/HCM technologies. • Ability to clearly articulate messages with all levels in the organization. • Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities. • Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation. • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
