Requirements

β€’ 10+ years experience in People Business Partner roles. β€’ 3+ years of management experience. β€’ Proven experience with complex, cross-functional change management. β€’ Located within commuting distance of NYC preferred. β€’ Experience supporting R&D teams preferred. β€’ Experience scaling a company through hypergrowth preferred. β€’ Strong competence within the HR function. β€’ Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence. β€’ Highly productive and influential in fast-paced environments. β€’ Effective coaching and facilitation skills.
