• Report to the Senior Director, People Business Partner. • Drive People strategy for functions, cultivating a high-performing culture. • Collaborate with senior leaders on business goals and align strategies. • Guide leaders on organizational and people challenges. • Lead initiatives for organizational effectiveness and workforce development. • Implement strategies to promote engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in People Business Partner roles. • 3+ years of management experience. • Proven experience with complex, cross-functional change management. • Located within commuting distance of NYC preferred. • Experience supporting R&D teams preferred. • Experience scaling a company through hypergrowth preferred. • Strong competence within the HR function. • Strong analytical capabilities and an ability to influence. • Highly productive and influential in fast-paced environments. • Effective coaching and facilitation skills.
