Description
• Leads functional HR related duties including employee and labor relations consultation. • Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy. • Analyzes trends and metrics with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies. • Delivers training on HR topics for employees and leaders. • Responsible for the supervision of one or more specialists and/or professionals.
Requirements
• Undergraduate Degree in business, HR or related field with 7 or more years of HR experience with a combination of HR Business Partner and/or HR Leader experience preferred; • Associates degree with 10+ years of direct relevant experience in a similar role. • HR related certification highly preferred. • Previous experience in coaching employees and management through complex, difficult issues.
