Description

Requirements

• Track record of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting capacity • Experience working with PEO and understanding of labor laws/regulations. • Prior startup experience in healthcare is a big plus • You have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal advice • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Comfortable with technology – we use Salesforce, Slack, G-Suite, and lots of other tools • Comfortable with ambiguity – we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!
