Requirements

β€’ 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, 5+ years exclusively in an HRBP capacity. β€’ Direct experience in startup to medium-sized technology companies. β€’ HR foundational knowledge including compensation philosophy and best practices, employment law/compliance. β€’ Experience working with hybrid and remote teams. β€’ Skilled at influencing and relationship building. β€’ A drive to be data-focused in monitoring employee engagement. β€’ Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs. β€’ In-depth knowledge of total compensation in high-growth companies. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. β€’ Ability to create content and deliver effective presentations. β€’ Evidence of successful influence and change management initiatives. β€’ A strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
