Description

• Coach, consultant, and champion for people managers. • Identify opportunities to optimize stakeholder strengths. • Subject Matter Expert in org development, L&D, compensation. • Trusted advisor for employee relations and performance issues. • Guide merit and promotion process based on people-first strategy. • Champion L&D efforts to enhance training programs. • Partner for all stages of employee lifecycle. • Oversee and report on progress of people initiatives. • Partner with leadership to prioritize business needs and develop capabilities. • Enhance employee experience to boost productivity and retention.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, 5+ years exclusively in an HRBP capacity. • Direct experience in startup to medium-sized technology companies. • HR foundational knowledge including compensation philosophy and best practices, employment law/compliance. • Experience working with hybrid and remote teams. • Skilled at influencing and relationship building. • A drive to be data-focused in monitoring employee engagement. • Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs. • In-depth knowledge of total compensation in high-growth companies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High-level attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Ability to create content and deliver effective presentations. • Evidence of successful influence and change management initiatives. • A strategic thinker and creative problem solver.
